Yvette Aitkens a native of the United Kingdom has over 20 years hands-on experience beginning in holding executive positions in 128-228 bed nursing sub-acute facilities and continuing to develop and operate independently multiple healthcare entities, including home health care and geriatric care management in NJ, FL and SC and furthermore establishing a presence within the hospitality industry.

Earning a reputation within the community to deliver quality service, product and an ethic approach to healthcare and healthcare management, her expertise supports start-up businesses, distressed companies and educating other healthcare representatives through various programs and subjects affecting healthcare today.

With a commitment to serving people with the utmost respect, value for life, and passion to serve others she has proven herself to be one of the leading providers of healthcare support services, Ms. Aitkens also places an emphasis on education and holds a NJ License as a Certified Assisted Living Administrator, is nationally recognized as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and is approved as a Certified Alzheimer’ Disease & Dementia Care Trainer.

MICHELLE BAILEY

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Michelle Bailey holds the position of Executive Assistant to Yvette Aitkens, Owner/Founder of Home Care Business Advisors and other business entities owned by Ms. Aitkens.

Prior to joining Home Care Business Advisors Michelle’s background included Assisted Living Administrator, Client Coordinator for an Adult Day Center and administrative duties with a home care agency, which has provided extensive insight and knowledge in now providing full support in the daily operations which includes membership accounts, contracting, business development, employee relations and research. Michelle is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and currently working towards becoming a Home Health Certified Consultant. In her spare time, she enjoys sewing, reading and spending time with family. Michelle believes that challenges make life interesting but overcoming those challenges make life meaningful. Michelle is inspired by Yvette Aitkens, who is a great role model, not only does Yvette share her knowledge she encourages and supports the Home Care Business Advisors team to reach our goals personally and professionally.

STANFORD CHINYAYI

GENERAL MANAGER
Stanford is an avid entrepreneur with various interests in different parts of the world. He’s a Professional Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Engineer and has vested interests in Health Sector, Technology and Property Investments. Currently based in Australia, he has worked and lived in North America and Africa. He loves content creation and spends most of his spare time identifying opportunities to make an impact through online content especially focused on Africa and its people through a non-profit called Baobab Chats. At HCBA he focuses on strategy and business development mainly using online content as a route to make impact. He combines his tech skills and tools to make a lasting impact to the business and our clients.

GABRIEL MUKUBVU

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Gabriel Mukubvu is an Operations Manager at VBS. He has accumulated a wealth of experience in Finance and Accounting having worked in different accounting and finance roles. Gabriel has an outstanding record of financial management expertise, strong business acumen and currently leads a Finance Team responsible for the day to day management of the financial reporting, accounting and payroll processes. ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

With over 5 years of experience in professional office administrator positions and a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments, Lisa Makubvure skillfully manages administrative duties and client relations for her colleagues at Home Care Business Advisors. Also, direct any administrative issues you have her way, and she would be happy to help you. She holds a degree in Business Management and Information and Technology from Catholic University of Zimbabwe. In her spare time, she enjoys going out with family and friends, exploring the beautiful world, hiking, road trips, music, dining, and church activities.

CLIFFORD CHINYAYI

MEDIA DIRECTOR

I am a dedicated creative media art practitioner with experience in multiple aspects of the film and television making process including Directing and Cinematography but specializing in video editing. Cliford holds a diploma in Film and Television School from the Zimbabwe Film and Television School of Southern Africa. He was a freelance director, camera operator and video editor for more than a decade working mainly on Television and corporate functions. Cliford has developed to be a professional television specialist who has participated in a number of film projects including the flagship Battle of the Chefs Season 3 among others. Currently Cliford works as the media director at Home Care Business where he controls the media production side of the company.

Serena Niehaus is an accomplished professional with over 40 years of nursing experience. Serena specializes in home care from the business, financial and clinical aspect. Serena uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to help others succeed she is truly passionate in all she does, and her philosophy is treating others the way you treat your own family.
