Program 3-6 month (Phase II)
In addition to the fundamentals of your brand being addressed and identified in Phase I, we will begin blending the foundation and framework of the business structure by including the development of a marketing strategy that identifies the business priorities as well as aligns efforts to industry trends. From establishing these core principles, the program continues to address creating a pathway to begin building business credit and managing the finances of the business.
As a new business owner, these stages will continue to be a catalyst for you to be further advanced and versed in the understanding of the business and the time shall be appropriate to apply these teachings and to begin creating policy and procedures that support the activities of the business. Time will also be allotted to exploring additional sources of collaboration and referral sources, focusing on client relations, employee retention and promotions.
